MLKMN (aka MILK) is leading the charge in shifting culture and global perception of Latinos in music. It started with the simplicity of being able to rent an apartment (with no furniture) from the money he earned opening up for Kanye West, and grew to having a hit song “Fresco” which was featured in GTA IV. In spite of living in a first generation Mexican household, MILK was exposed to Hip-Hop and R&B at an early age. His references Kanye West, Selena, Pharrell Williams, Nirvana, Bun B, Audio 2, Led Zeppelin, and Nine Inch Nails as his musical inspirations.

His career in music started as an R&B vocalist and then shifted to playing in a punk rock band. After honing his music production skills in the recording studio, he eventually turned back to the microphone. As an artist he has shared the stage with the likes of Diplo, M.I.A., David Guetta, J. Balvin, Dillon Francis, and Happy Colors. He is currently working on a new project expected to be released through Machete Music / Universal Music Latin Entertainment at the end of 2017.
