Among his many collaborations is the song “King’s Dead” from the soundtrack of the blockbuster film Black Panther which features Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, and Future; the song won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance. Blake worked with Frank Ocean as a co-writer on his album Overgrown and in turn contributed production work to Ocean’s 2016 album Blonde.
