Tommy King
Biography
Tommy King is a producer, songwriter and accomplished pianist/keyboardist from Los Angeles, CA who grew up playing alongside artists like Thundercat and Kamasi Washington. Tommy quickly made the jump into writing and producing, and his analog approach to production paired with his knack for inventive melodies and chord progressions has made him a highly sought after addition to rooms across all genres. He is a frequent collaborator of the band HAIM, having worked with them as a producer/writer and as Musical Director for their live shows since their first full length release, and is also known for his work with The Killers, Vampire Weekend, Maroon 5, RAYE, Leslie Odom Jr., T.I., Octavian, Donna Missal, Kacy Hill and more. In recent months, Tommy has co-wrote ‘The 1975’ on The 1975’s latest album, Being Funny In A Foreign Language. Frequent collaborators include Jim-E Stack, BJ Burton and Ariel Rechtshaid.
