Singer/Songwriter Tyler Lyle left Los Angeles a year ago with a suitcase full of songs that he’s fine-tuned and packaged into his latest release The Native Genius of Desert Plants. Recorded partially at Pulse’s studios in Los Angeles, Tyler’s new album was called “the must hear and must have album for the Summer of 2015,” by Under The Gun. Fellow Pulse client Dia Frampton is featured on the album’s closing number, and in its review of the album, PopMatters described Lyle as “striking a happy medium between the introspection of the ‘guy with the acoustic guitar’ format and sophisticated pop smarts.” He will be joining Lissie on a nationwide concert tour this Summer
