Billboard has released its annual “Power Players” list for R&B and Hip-Hop music, and this year’s list features PULSE co-CEO’s Scott Cutler and Josh Abraham, as well as President Ashley Calhoun. “Power Players” celebrates industry accomplishments and achievements, honoring those who top the charts, and the managers, marketers, labels and publishers behind all the hits.
