Celebrating Our 2016 Grammy Nominees!
We recognize and celebrate our nominees at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards being held on February 15th, 2016. Bloodshy and Svidden are both nominated as producers for Best Dance Recording for Galantis’ hit single “Runaway (U & I).” Creative Nation and Pulse clients Barry Dean and Luke Laird are nominated as songwriters in the Best Country Song category for Tim McGraw’s “Diamond Rings and Old Barstools.” Rahki is a co-writer and producer on Kendrick Lamar’s To Pimp a Butterfly, which is nominated for both Album of the Year and Best Rap Album. And Smith Carlson is a Grammy nominee for his engineering work on Taylor Swift’s 1989, which is up for Album of the Year.
We also send congratulations to Natalie Hemby and Barry Dean for their work on Little Big Town’s Pain Killer, nominated for Best Country Album. Hemby also worked on Kacey Musgraves’ Pageant Material nominated in the same category, and we recognize Tyler Johnson for his work on Cam’s “Burning House,” nominated for Best Country Solo Performance. We congratulate Ryan Hadlock for his work on Brandi Carlile’s The Firewatcher’s Daughter, nominated for Best Americana Album, and Matt Hales for his work on Lianne La Havas’ Blood, nominated for Best Urban Contemporary Album. And we recognize RY X, Dan Keyes, Ryland Blackinton, Vaughn Oliver, Natalie Hemby and Bonnie McKee who all worked on Kelly Clarkson’s Piece By Piece, nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album.
