PULSE Music Group has formed a music publishing joint venture with songwriter/producer Gabe Simon. Through the joint venture, PULSE Music Group and Simon’s publishing company, Abide By The Vibe, have signed Noah Levine and Sam Westhoff to worldwide publishing deals.
